This quaint beach side home is the perfect vacation rental with its awesome location. Kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities and an eat-in island which seats 3 comfortably. The living room has two couches, a recliner, a flat screen TV, and a corner fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite. Also, has a private exit to the pool. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. There is a washer and dryer and an outside shower. Pets welcome!
Enjoy all New Smyrna has to offer including shopping and dining, kayak and paddleboard tours, Art galleries, The Marine Discover Center, the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore, inshore and offshore fishing, surfing, golf courses, The Canaveral National Seashore, it also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. New Smyrna is also just miles from all the major attractions ... Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Legoland, Epcot, and Historic St. Augustine to name some.
