I am traveling alone this trip and just needed a small place to stay and The Study was PERFECT!!! Very clean and comfortable with all amenities required for a short stay away from home. When I come back to Kennewick, I will stay here again.
We needed something close to the event we were attending, this came in a little cheaper than hotels and was conveniently located. It is pet friendly and we knew that could mean some evidence of animals. It is right on a busy road so expected some noise. There is definitely traffic noise. The home was pretty clean but it might be time to do upholstery and rugs. They smell of dogs a bit and the cleaner used something heavily scented to attempt to mask it. That was far more unpleasant than the dog smell! Property Manager was great, she accidentally gave us the wrong house number but got right back to us. I am an Assistant Property Manager myself… I would recommend a stand up fan for the bedroom for white noise to help with traffic sounds. Also the deep clean I mentioned. A screen on the bedroom window would be nice too. Thanks so much!
The property was tiny and cute. Literary themed just as pictured. It was a quick overnight stay but the property was warm and inviting. Quick responses from the host about a parking issues and the city deciding to rip up water lines right before I was leaving. I’d stay again!
