Why they chose this property
The Reserve at Demere is one of the most convent locations on the island. Easy access on and off and close to everything! We love riding bikes to our favorite restaurants and enjoying live music around the island. It's also a dog lovers island! Close to the Epworth Dog Park and convenient to the Mallery Street Park. Don't forget your pickleball paddles - courts at Mallery Street.

The most unique feature is the back patio. Beautifully landscaped, private and a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
