Welcome to our Condo! Newer Kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliance, An open concept to the dining and living room. All newer tile, newer bathroom. A fresh coat of paint. Two 55 inch smart TV's. Has a great view of the Gulf from the Balcony where you can sip your coffee in the mornings and enjoy sunsets at night. Conveniently located next to a free trolley stop. Great central location close to everything you will need. Steps from the amazing white sand beach. There is a box of sand toys on balcony for kids to enjoy.

A month in AMI

Positive- Great beach accessFree trolley stop is right outside the condo- Use it to go everywhere Downtown parking is impossible with city lots at 15 per hour. Condo is comfortable and with a new couch in the living room would be great.

Perfect place

This was the perfect rental for our small group. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. Owners were responsive and we enjoyed our stay! Only suggestion I have is to move the shower head over a little bit . I would book again!

Short Getaway

The condo was so cute and cozy! Check in was a breeze and Larry communicated the whole time. Everything is there that you would need for your stay down to very nice beach towels, toys, and chairs.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful Cozy Condo!

The property was conveniently located on Gulf Drive with an entrance to the beach directly across the street. The condo had everything we needed to make our beach day perfect. Beach toys, boogie boards, little cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. AC was nice and cold at night and black out shades were nice for sleeping in on mornings. Our family rented a golf cart to get around the lsland. We highly recommend. Convenient store close by and a supermarket down the road within 5 minutes. The owner was very responsive and booking was smooth. We would highly recommend!

4 Night Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was quaint, but had everything we needed. Right across the street from beach access, and lots of amenities for us to use. Was near a lot of things to do and just a short drive from the closest grocery store, and also within walking distance from a convenience store which was nice. Thanks for the stay!

Directly across from beach

Perfect location for easy beach access to come and go. We agree with others that the couch and bed are pretty worn and very soft. Kitchen had everything we needed and was great to have as we cooked meals each night. There were some basic stocked items missing such as shampoo or soap for the shower and laundry detergent but not a big deal for a short stay.

My wife and I had a great time at the condo. Its proximity to the beach was perfect for our needs. We spent most of our time at the beach or exploring the area. When we settled in for the evening, the condo was clean and cozy.

Great Stay!

Loved this place! Close to beach, easy access to everything on the island, the free trolley has a stop across the street, and unbeatable beaches. Nice condo with good amenities and well kept!

Great Location!

My wife and I were first timers to the island and we loved it! The condo is in a great location if beach time is your number one priority. I would probably give it a 4.5 if possible only because the beds and the couch could have been more comfortable. We didn’t mind and have nothing to compare it to on the island but it seems to be a good price for the location right off the beach. The busy road was not a big deal at all!

Great location

Down the stairs to the left was the bay - perfect for a peaceful sunrise, turn right at bottom of stairs and walk 50 yards, the beach - white sand and beautiful sunsets! The condo:….Take note.. the second bedroom is super small. Beach towels aren’t provided but they did offer chairs, a cooler, umbrella, beach toys, etc. We would stay there again!!

Great location, nice clean condo, good closet space, good water pressure and shower head, up to date appliances, convenient entry code, convenient parking. However, the beds, especially the double bed, are too soft, no beach towels are provided and the beach chairs could be a little nicer. Overall good experience nonetheless.

EXCELLENT

We were blown away at how amazing this place was! Larry was extremely welcoming and the place was absolutely perfect. We cooked in the first night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place was extremely clean, the decor was beautiful and the host thought of everything!! There was even beach chairs and a small cooler. I think we found the perfect place to stay next time we come to Anna Maria! This place was the best! Thank you Larry!!

We loved the location! The Condo in Paradise was very clean, updated and cute inside. Larry the owner responded quickly and we had no issues at all during our stay. Was a great location to walk to all restaurants and get your steps in! Beach is beautiful. It was perfect size for my husband and I. However, a family or more than a couple, might be a little tight on space. We loved our stay, the ONLY negative feedback, the sleeper sofa getting a little tired with cushions sinking into couch and for those who prefer a firm mattress, the queen is a little soft but no doubt it's a personal preference. We would absolutely stay again!

We are a young at heart couple in our 50's. We have 3 grown kids and 11 grand-kids. We love everything outdoors and that is why we love Anna Maria Island. We would love to share our place in Paradise with you.
We like to make our guest feel right at home.

Why they chose this property

It is right in the middle of the Island and walking distance to Restaurants and shops, there is also a free trolley that goes the length of the island with a stop in front of the condo. It is only steps from the white sand beach.

What makes this property unique

Unlike similar sunset celebrations in Florida tourist meccas such as Key West, there are no rowdy crowds, wall-to-wall bars or panhandlers. Also absent on Anna Maria are high-rise condos and chain hotels. You'll have to drive off-island for a McDonald's or Starbucks fix. It gives you the small town feel.
