1) RENTAL CONTRACT: As per current LA City STR laws and for our liability & security protocols, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO BOOKING confirmation. E-contract, which will be sent to your email address via DocuSign.
đTo receive the rental contract, you must provide your e-mail address.
2)đ«DO NOT BLOCK OFF the dates UNTIL YOU SIGN the RENTAL CONTRACT.
*By sending the âbooking requestâ & BLOCKING the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract.
3) PRICE DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Rental price increases based on how many people are staying with you. For the most accurate pricing, provide the correct number of guests (including children) while submitting your inquiry.
> If the infant is older than 2, should be submitted as âchildrenâ.
4) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT (not via VRBO): Guest is required to provide a valid credit card, and the HOST will directly charge the credit card after booking confirmation.
5) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our property manager will personally greet you at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual.
6) As the reservation holder, you must be present is at the check-in.
7) Check in is: 3 pm, check out is: 11 am. Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur an additional cost.
8)đ«NO parties. NO loud music. All outdoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with the City's Zero Tolerance Policy.
10) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children. Any increase in the number of occupants must be communicated to the host in advance and may result in an increase in the booking amount.
11) VISITORS: Please mention while inquiring.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Privacy and comfort are a priority for our guests. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas and living room & entrance. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage as well, ALLOWING GUESTS FULL ACCESS TO THE MONITORING SYSTEM throughout their stay.
12) NO OUTSIDE VENDORS, chefs permitted. Private, in-house chef &Â maid & house keeping services are available.
đCHEF: Rates vary based on several factors. Final pricing provided after guestâs consultation. Min. 15 daysâ advance notice required.
13) POOL / SPA HEAT: If you want the pool heated, must give 48 hours notice prior to check in. Extra: $300/day.
đPOOL HEAT: 8 am to 10 pm. SPA HEAT: 5 pm - 7 pm. (Time frame may vary: 4-6 pm or 6-8 pm). SPA heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system. (As itâs an IN POOL-SPA)
> For safety purposes, pool/spa is off limits after 11 pm.
14) PARKING: 6 free parking spaces on the premises.
15) EXIT CLEANING FEE: Cleaning fee on invoice is for standard "EXIT" cleaning.
16) Events, commercial filming & photo shootings not allowed. Inquire for rates & policies for such activities.
17) NO SMOKING OR VAPING / HOOKAH. Property is equipped with smoke detectors and weâll be notified instantly.
18) NO pets.
