June 2023) Being myself a tech-savvy host, I developed everything necessary to offer a fully remote and autonomous experience to my guests: you will be provided with instructions on how to reach the property and complete the self check-in, find free parking space nearby the house and explore the neighbourhood - in an easy format accessible with your smartphone. Before and during your stay, I will remain available to support you remotely in case anything is needed :)

Modica Alta is one of the oldest and most authentic neighbourhoods in Modica, a very quiet and peaceful area - especially at night. In the area you will find some very typical cafes, restaurants and shops. Walking around Modica Alta will give you the impression of visiting a place still in a distant past.
