The location was amazing. The condo was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was very comfortable but the pillows were flat and worn. The couch was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable. The balcony furniture was rusty and worn. There was a lot of noise from the next-door condo as well as the condo above.

Nice location and view
The area, beach and restaurants are great. Pool is nice and heated. The condo needs updates especially the furniture, very uncomfortable, and bathrooms. Kitchen dishes are sparse.

Great location
The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance, making it very convenient.The unit features a private elevator, which had some issues during our stay, but it was repaired within a day. While the interior feels a bit older and slightly tired, everything functioned well, and honestly, you'll want to spend most of your time enjoying the beach or the pool anyway.There was some initial confusion with the elevator keys, but the host was very responsive and that was resolved in about 30 minutes. The building can be a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t anything unmanageable.Overall, this unit is ideal for a family with two kids, and we’d happily stay here again!

The check in instructions weren’t clear and the elevator keys weren’t we they were listed. The mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and cheap…one had a big hole in it. No soap by any sink. No salt. The sofa is worn out and very uncomfortable. The view is beautiful. The location is great. The layout of the condo is nice.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay here. The beach was so close and easy to get to along with the grocery store and several restaurants. We even got to meet some of the owners of the other units at the pool who were super nice and friendly.

Sea Isles unit M
There were many things about the condo that we liked. The location and picture perfect view were outstanding. Unfortunately the living room furniture was so uncomfortable we couldn’t wait to get home. All of the furniture needs to be updated.

Love the concept of Property
Love to quaint feel of this property. Like to stay at smaller properties & not big condos. Super easy & close access of beach. Furniture & unit needs major updates & repairs. One bed in guest room seemed broken it sagged so bad. Ceiling fans are so old the blades droop & were afraid to use them. Lots of damage to walls & cabinets etc. No soundproofing between floors so upstairs neighbors were extremely loud & noisy. Nothing that couldn’t be dealt with & would stay again.

Sea Isles #M in Indian Rocks Beach
The condo had the most amazing view. We could plainly see people on the beach from the couch. There was a private elevator that took us from our car to the balcony of the room and back down to the pool area (heated) right off of the beach. The beach was clean and the water was clear. The beach had nice shells everywhere and it was never crowded. The area had several good restaurants to eat out. We had a great time!

Indian Rocks Beach condo
The location of the condo was perfect. The unit’s main area was open and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. We had our own beach access which was very nice and convenient. It did however need a bit of updating and some fixes. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and on some of the walls were chipped. The fans were either dirty or also peeling and the couch springs are pretty worn out. But overall it was great and we had a wonderful time.

Pleasant stay
Overall this was a very nice condo. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only problems were the bed in the master bedroom made my back hurt and the noise from the condo above was horrible. It sounded like they were coming through the roof at any minute. We’ve stayed at many high rise condos but the sound barrier was not good at this one. We loved the beach and had a wonderful week.

This condo could be fabulous. It has all the potential to be a top notch rental. It’s beachfront, has a pool and is in a great location. But the condo is in need of many repairs. The shower in the master bedroom had a terrible grout job done the day before we got there and we didn’t feel safe using it. The bed in the master bedroom was broken. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with towels and we had to bring our own beach towels. Overall the location is what saved the trip.

Great Location
It is a great location. But the bathrooms could use a really good cleaning. Maybe re-doing the tile in the shower. The chairs on the deck are horrendous for such a nice place the noise level from the people above us was almost not tolerable overall it’s a very nice place. The kitchen is was well equipped. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. It’s worn out when you sit on it it makes a noise like it’s breaking and the bed in the master bedroom needs replacing it’s very uncomfortable. The view is terrific. I would stay there again if a few improvements were made. The elevator was a nice addition. It brings you up to your balcony. Overall, the unit was very clean. The only problem I could see was with the bathrooms, especially the shower in the master bath.

Beautiful place
We stayed Memorial Day weekend until the following weekend & it was our favorite place we’ve stayed yet! This was our first time in this particular area and we always like to stay beachfront this place was exactly that! The walk to the beach was maybe a minute with a path to make the walk easy. The pool area was clean & had plenty of chairs plus a shower to rinse off the sand if needed. The condo itself was very spacious & clean!! The previous reviews had me a bit worried but I took my chance anyways and so glad I did! There were only 3 of us but had space for atleast another 3 more people with no issues. We brought extra supplies as it says they don’t give you extra & we never needed them! The balcony was good size & the private elevator was a big plus! The only downfall we’re all the beds, the king & twins were super uncomfortable. I was 33 weeks pregnant at the time & barely got a good nights sleep. & you can hear everything from the neighbors upstairs. Luckily we weren’t there too much to have it bother us but if it was late it was inconvenient. But other than that I would still give it a 5 star. Location was everything! & big plus side you get one adult ticket you can use everyday for different activities!! We didn’t know that until we got there and took full advantage of it. Saved us over $200. I would definitely stay here again & would recommend other people to stay here too. I have stayed at other places in Florida for double the price & not nearly as nice.

Location is great ,communication with manager very fast and helpful but this place needs on update , showers is gross , master bed is broken .Bed frame holds on 5 books. Kitchen cabinets looks broken. Towels very old and had stains , couches very dirty. I wish I can add pictures of the place or owner needs to update pictures of the place .no bed sheets for living room sofa sleeper . Towel bar in master bath is barely holding to the wall. Ocean is beautiful. Definitely will be back but not in this unit .

We have stayed at numerous placing in IRB and will continue coming back. We love IRB! This was the first time we stayed in this condo. My 3 star rating is based on comparisons to other places I've stayed in IRB. The good... Right on the beach and a good location. Easy walking distance to Guppies and several other restaurants and bars. The elevator makes getting stuff in and out really easy. The kitchen seemed well equipped though we didn't cook anything but breakfast. The master bed was comfortable. The bad... In general the place is dated and could use an update. The balcony has a great view but it's very small. A ramp from the elevator to the floor takes up about 1/3 of the usable space. There were only 2 cheap plastic chairs on the balcony. There are 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that are pretty rickety. My 6'-4" son in law said he thought they were going to collapse when he rolled over. There are some beach chairs but they were hidden in a closet in the 2nd bedroom that was blocked by one of the beds. We discovered them on the last day by accident. When they say self supplied, they mean it! There were some basic starter supplies but they were limited. No sponge, no dish rags. Lots of coffee filters including the ones we left. The washing machine didn't work while we were there but the next folks will have a new one! Lots of noise from the unit above.

Great location!
I love having a beachfront condo where I can see the sunset and other activities on the water. Any issues in the condo were readily resolved. It was easy to reach the owner/rental agency. I enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants.

Winter Get-A-Way
Booked this place as a winter Get-A-Way. When we arrived, the view was perfect! As we took a closer look, the patio screen was not attached to the slider door. In fact, several other windows did not have screens. The unit needs major updating and the cleanliness was horrible. There was hair on the baseboards and shower stalls. The top of the refrigerator had a layer of dust as well as the ceiling fans and microwave. We discovered small ants on the counter and the manager did send an exterminator. Also, the furniture in the living area was dirty . We expressed our concerns about cleanliness with a management staff member and she listened to us and stated she would stop by to take a look and never did. The sinks did not have working/closable drains. The last two days of our stay, the air conditioner was not working. We followed directions and dropped the temp by 2 degrees every 20 minutes, but I never cooled down. We were assured that a maintenance man would stop and yet again, they did not show. We love the area and will be back, but will choose a different unit.
