And a handy key to finding everything in the house means you won't waste vacation time trying to find what you are looking for.

Other things to note:

►The whole house and yard are yours to enjoy during your stay*! Please note the backyard is not fenced and our property extends beyond the back lawn into densely forested ground that is not possible to walk in.
*With the exceptions of locked supply closet in kitchen and locked tool chest in master bedroom closet.

►With the natural beauty of the Forgotten Coast comes a bit of wildlife. We've never seen it but there are clues of a local bear who occasionally gets into trash cans and takes trash to the wooded area behind backyard (unfenced). Bear-secure trash can helps with this. We've also spotted an adorable small turtle and tiny frogs in the yard.

►Due to high mineral content, our tap water can give off a sulphur smell which generally fades several hours after guests begin using the water. We recommend using the refrigerator's filtered water for drinking, although the tap water is safe to drink.

►If you have an ADA Service Animal, please note that per VRBO policy as related to federal law, "handlers must have their animal under control either on a leash or by verbal command if they are unable to use a leash." This means that the service animal must never be left unattended at the property at any time. Additionally as we are a no-pet property, for the health and comfort of our other guests, service animals are not allowed on beds or other furniture at any time.
IMPORTANT: Per Florida law, we require proof of rabies vaccination for ADA Service Animals prior to stay.
