This apartment is located above the canal Stingaree. Approximately 800 sqft with plenty of parking in the front. The apartment is located above the water with a massive deck hanging over the canal, you can fish from the apartment/deck. This apartment is located above a 10 boat slip marina with the option to rent a boat slip for $35/night additional. There are two queen beds in the bedroom and one sleeper sofa to accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
