Country House - 4 mins to Town!
Spread out in this lovely country house close to Main Street in Fredericksburg. This home has 3 large bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry and a spacious back patio for bbq fun after a day of wine tasting or enjoying the sights of Fredericksburg. Enjoy the 10 person Cowboy/Cocktail pool in the back yard area. It is heated in winter and chilled in the summer for a perfect hang out experience.
The house is just a short drive into downtown Fredericksburg. Having a car will make things easier but uber does service the area. There is plenty of free parking at the house, some covered and some outdoor under tree cover.
No smoking - indoors or outdoors. Hill Country has a high fire hazard!
Please observe quiet hours. No events or outdoor loud music.
