This lakefront beauty comes well-prepared to host your family or friends on your next trip to Sevierville! Be sure to pack your adventure gear as the home boasts its own private boat ramp and dock. When you aren't gliding across the water on your boat, hop in one of the provided kayaks, or jump in the water right off the dock. To warm up after swimming, head for the private hot tub, where you can continue to enjoy lake views.

Inside, the home's interior is just as impressive as the exterior! The living room is a place of warmth with its comfortable seating and large TV. The full kitchen features all the necessities to prepare great meals such as stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the large wooden dining table, or alfresco on the deck.

The home's four bedrooms are equally cozy with their plush quilts, wilderness-themed mementos, and rustic wood finishes. Downstairs, engage in some playful competition over a game of Ping-Pong or pool. This space is also ideal for board games. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, central air-conditioning, and a DVD player.

As stars begin to fill the night sky, head back outside and put a log on the firepit so you can roast marshmallows and share in campfire stories.

Disappointing stay

Disappointing Stay My family and I were so excited to arrive at Cozy Cove, but upon our arrival we became very disappointed. The largest problem was no water for ultimately 3 days. First full day the water went out after a repair person came was fixed after several hours. Only to go out the next evening that took multiple calls to get someone there the next morning who couldn’t fix it. Finally the right person came and we had water by 4:00 that afternoon. Numerous other items including the deck attached to the house, as well as the pavilion near the water is peeling to the point we couldn’t risk having any kids on either floor without shoes for fear of splinters. The picnic table under the pavilion is cracking and breaking and 1/2 of it isn’t able to be used. The boat dock has multiple bird nests with incredibly large piles of bird feces on the deck in which we were concerned about our children going near it because it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in an incredibly long time. The blind in one bedroom was completely broken and we were woken up each morning by the rising sun, the bathroom on the main floor had a DISGUSTING shower curtain liner including mildew and ripped and the tub didn’t drain properly. The couches are very worn and when sitting on them you sink down incredibly far due to them being so old and worn. There is a cracked window on the bottom leg which could be a problem. Knee high grass along the driveway and other areas was not good to walk through

Cozy cove is a gem!

We absolutely loved the location. Right on the water with easy access paved ramp for older family was perfect. The fire pit was awesome. Kayaks were a hit for those who wanted a nice, quiet & different perspective for viewing the local homes. The hot tub was a great feature enjoyed by all. Inside accommodations were everything we needed. Lots of utensils and cookware! The dock was wonderful and well built. Accommodated our boat rental with ease. However, it would’ve been very helpful to have a ladder from the dock to access the water. The handles were there, but no ladder!! Would definitely recommend this place.

Almost Perfect

The home is beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. We weren’t able to check in early due to having it cleaned, but it wasn’t clean when we arrived. A little disappointing, but nothing we couldn’t live with. The biggest issue was the yard - it was so tall our dogs had to jump through it. I asked about it and was told there was no intent to have it cut while we were there. While we were packing up to leave, some ominous car pulled half way down the driveway and sat watching - disturbing.
