Our comfortable, fully equipped , newly renovated three bedroom with new mattresses, two new full baths, condominium is just steps to Sea Street Beach and is the closest unit to the beach at the breakwaters , with panoramic views of Nantucket sound from the condo, front deck, and yard. Share the condo association's heated salt water pool.
Cook in the newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances including a induction stove with air fryer. New kitchen cabinets with quartz counters. Dining table from pottery barn with 6 chairs.
Every room has a new Midea brand u shaped air conditioner which is the quietest AC unit on the market.
New 65 inch smart tv Excellent WiFi.
Plenty of board games in the tv console.

New mattresses with 600 thread count cotton sheets for your comfort, Turkish cotton bath towel sets are provided.
The two queen bedrooms have a comfortable reading area with a lamp and table.
Two newly renovated full bathrooms with shower/tub combo and new vanity’s with moen bath fixtures and Kohler sinks.
Dine in the many restaurants nearby.
The deck has seating for 4 at a table overlooking Nantucket Sound. There is additional teak bench seating with a wicker coffee table.
The house has new windows throughout. New wooden oak floors.

Each room has multiple USB ports for your convenience. WiFi is excellent.

I provide basic spices, sugar, coffee filters.

PARKING, THE UNIT HAS ITS OWN EXCLUSIVE DRIVEWAY WITH 3 spots right in front of the house.

Beach towels are not provided.

Kid friendly beach and pool swimming (check for COVID closures), a front deck and yard, and a Removed from the bustle, this second floor condo is close to all Hyannis has to offer: ferries to Nantucket and the Vinyard, whale watches and fishing adventures and golf. Kalmus beach's and sea st beaches great winds for wind surfing and kite sailing, shops and restaurants galore. Experience the joys of the Cape pre- and post-season too with our reduced rates.

The heated salt water pool is open on June 7th and the last day open is Labor Day. Pool hours are 11 am to 7 pm daily. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Great all around place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely! This rental has a great view of the harbor, steps to the beach, it’s very roomy and only one mile into town. It is stocked with all the supplies you’re used to in your own home. I highly recommend it!!!!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is unparalleled. Steps from the beach and mere minutes from Main St Hyannis. We enjoyed the calm waters that were so easy to swim in. The beach was never too crowded or overrun. It was fun watching the ferries throughout the day. We were here over the 4th and very much so loved seeing all the fireworks from the beach. The house itself was very clean and well supplied. The AC units keep it nice and chilled. Bring some bug spray for when you sit on the porch - you will thank me later. Book this place!!! You will not regret it!

Five adults, five days, September 2023

The unit was wonderful-- extremely clean, and very well-equipped and comfortable. New kitchen appliances and lots of dishes/pots/pans made cooking enjoyable. Beds were comfy. The living room was spacious and the huge tv with lots of channels was great, especially on the rainy days. The property manager was very responsive, returning text messages usually within minutes. The location was great-- quiet but still close to the action. Might have been the time of year, but the beach was not very appealing for swimming. Good for shelling and walking, though.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for visiting the beach, strolling downtown Hyannis, and taking the ferry. We would definitely stay here again!

Piece of Heaven

Our stay was great. The Vrbo was very clean. The location was great, right by the beach. The views were spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped. The TV and living area was a comfy lounging area for the few days that it rained. All in all I would totally recommend this place and this host. Excellent.

Great stay

Our group included two young teenagers, their parents, and their grandparents. The layout, with one en suite bath and one separate bath, worked well. The kitchen was appropriately stocked for our use with a good set of dishes and cookware for basic cooking (hot breakfasts!), as well as some staples. We sometimes walked and sometimes drove to town, depending on which end of town was our destination and how much time we had. We enjoyed the deck and the view over the water and the proximity to a small but not-crowded beach, perfect for wading, hanging out, and tossing a football. We spent much of our time visiting other parts of the Cape, but it was so nice (especially for our teenagers!) to just walk a few steps to the beach whenever folks felt like it. We wished we had visited when our kids were younger -- we would have spent a lot more time "at home" building sandcastles, hanging out in the small pool, etc.

Wonderful

We had a great week at Janice's property! The place is exactly like the images online and also extremely clean. Literally right on the ocean which is protected by a jetty so the water was great for swimming and small kids. Really happy with our stay and would highly recommend.

The most perfect location for our 15th Anniversary Getaway! I hope I can rent again soon!

The view is perfect with the boats in sight. Beautiful quiet beach, perfect for walking, swimming, picking shells and relaxing. Amazingly clean! Cleaner than most hotels and homes I have ever been. Close to EVERYTHING! Would of loved to rent both top and bottom units to have the entire home to ourselves.

Great location, but....

We showed up to the property an hour early, because we landed and headed straight there expecting traffic. We got there and the house wasn't cleaned up at all. So I thought "Reasonable, we are early, but the house will be cleaned at the time at least of check-in listed" Wrong. The house was finally cleaned an hour after the check-in time at 4:45pm. Again, I get it, things happen. When I called the owner, it was "I gave you a later Check-in Time" and blaming us for what information we were given. We have a 8-month old and a 3-year old, so it ruined our entire day because maids were cleaning while we were supposed to be checked-in (by the owner's standards) and we couldn't get naps in because we were on stand-by for hours. I can understand things happening, but please don't blame me for shortcomings.

Excellent mini vacation

The unit had everything we could have needed. We prefer eating in and the kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances! Janice was available to answer our questions and did everything to make our visit as comfortable as possible. We hope to return and will absolutely recommend this unit to family and friends.

The property was very clean and the location is great for accessing the beach. The view from the front yard was beautiful. The WiFi was inconsistent, more often unusable than available. Verizon and AT&T service was very spotty. Without access to a washer and dryer, a few more towels would be helpful. The king size bed mattress isn’t recommended for anyone with back issues. The proximity of restaurants is good, not requiring great travel distances or serious traffic. We enjoyed our visit.
