Our property features three separate dwelling units, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living area. Whether you're looking for relaxation, recreation, or a bit of both, our homestead has everything you need.

BBQ Heaven: Traeger pellet smoker, Blackstone 4-burner griddle, and Weber grill on the upper deck

Media & Entertainment: 8 cable-connected TVs and a Bluetooth Karaoke machine with two microphones for family fun.

Nearby Attractions: Newly remodeled public swimming pool (just one block away), frisbee golf course, hiking and biking trails, and a ski resort (Brian Head) for winter and summer fun just 15 minutes away.

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

If you need flexibility, let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Parking Guidelines:

Best parking is on the gravel areas to maintain access to the pickleball and basketball courts.

Parking is allowed on designated grass areas.

At least 15 cars can be accommodated along the cabin frontage.

Respect the Neighborhood:

This is a peaceful community; please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Keep loud conversations indoors to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors.

Smoke-Free Stay:

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Guest Policy:

Only the guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight.

Day visitors are welcome but must not exceed capacity limits.

Pet Policy:

No pets of any kind are allowed.

Pool & Hot Tub Safety:

Children must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub.

No glassware is allowed in the hot tub for safety reasons.

Trash & Recycling:

Use the two large green garbage cans near the pickleball court and two black cans in the garage if needed.

No need to separate trash.

Accessibility & Comfort:

All bathrooms feature chair-height, elongated water-saving toilets.

Some bathrooms include strategically placed grab bars for added safety.

Local Attractions & Nearby Conveniences

Public Pool & Park (1 block away): Available for private reservations from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Tues-Sat) and 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Fri-Sat). Visit the Parowan City website for up-to-date pool hours and fees.

Frisbee Golf Course (2 miles up the canyon road)

My wife and I live next door to the east and are readily available to assist with any concerns or questions. Additionally, many of our family members live in Parowan and can provide quick support for any unexpected issues.
