Our place is centrally located in the city, but in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The area offers an urban suburban mix with a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and quick access to Interstate 5.
Check out the Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, OL Reign or other special events at Lumen Field and T-Mobile park, both just a quick 10 minute drive from the house.
Popular Downtown Seattle attractions are a 15-20 minute drive away.
Sea-Tac International airport is approximately 20 minutes away by vehicle.
The nearby West Seattle Bridge connection makes it quick and easy to head out to popular Alki Beach, or visit the year round West Seattle Farmers Market on Sundays.
You can get to Lake Washington, Downtown, Georgetown, the Museum of Flight and so much more very quickly.
Jefferson Park and Golf Course is right here in our immediate neighborhood.
Other nearby parks include Mt Baker Beach, Genesee Park and Stan Sayres Park and Boat Launch.
Guests will have access to the entire upstairs areas of the house and the entire yard.
The basement is an unfinished area of the house, and is locked and off limits to guests.
Come on in from the covered porch into the foyer area where you can kick off your shoes and hang your coats. Beyond the foyer is the spacious living room with 65" Smart TV and a sitting area which leads to the dining room. Access the bedrooms and bathroom from the hallway beside the dining area, or continue past the dining table to the large kitchen. The elevated deck is beyond the kitchen where you'll find outdoor furniture to soak up the spectacular sunset views.
The interior areas are all on one single level, with a sloping downgrade as you enter the backyard from the side gate on the exterior.
The location has many nearby public transportation options.
*** Due to the sloping topography of the yard, access to the backyard and hot tub is through the exterior gate on the side of the house. There is no direct access to the hot tub, backyard or laundry area from the house.
*** The hot tub is available to guests year round. It is situated next to the covered patio, but is not covered from above to protect from weather elements during use.
*** Two window air conditioning units are included for your stay during warm weather months. They are located in the King bed bedroom and in the kitchen. During cool weather seasons, the window A/C units are removed and stored away in an area inaccessible to guests.
*** The home is not equipped with central air conditioning.
*** Well-trained dogs are welcome here! Maximum of 2 dogs. Please let us know about your dogs in your booking message. A $75 fee for one dog is required, and $50 for a second dog. We apologize, but cats or other pets cannot be accommodated.
*** The pet fee applies to all dogs, with the exception of a Service Animal trained to perform a task directly related to a person's disability. "Emotional support animals”, “therapy dogs”, and “comfort animals” are not individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, and therefore are not defined by WA State Discrimination Law to be a Service Animal.
*** The hot tub is serviced weekly. The technician will enter the backyard through the exterior gate and does not need to interact with guests.
