It is only 2 miles to our largest lake – Lake Balboa (940 acres) which has a sandy beach, swim area, picnic tables, playground and boats/kayaks rentals at the marina. There are 6 restaurants within this same area (menus of each are in the visitor book). HSV also has Pickleball courts, tennis, mini-golf, outdoor & indoor swimming pools which visitors may use for a small fee. Outside our west gate is a nice bowling alley and not far from there is a crystal mining place w/zipline. If you would like to venture to Hot Springs (20 minutes roughly), there is a lot to see/do. The historic Bathhouse row has the original Spas, lots of shopping along Central Ave and various restaurants. There is a trolley tour, duck tours, the 216-ft mtn viewing tower overlooking the area, the famous Oaklawn Racing & Casino, Maxwell Blade Magic show (family friendly), Axe throwing, Escape room, go-karts, miniature golf, and much more! Another beauty is Garvan Woodland Gardens which is a 210-acre botanical garden.
Flying in? Little Rock airport will take roughly 52 minutes from the airport to the home. This property is managed by Janette Carter – Taylor Realty Group.
