Colorful space nestled in the unique zen yard complex of Central Phoenix. Studio with dining area as well as lounging day bed and smart TV. Fully stocked and functional kitchen for those wanting to cook in.

Location is amazing on this unit. There is many options for dining and nightlife right in the area. Close to downtown and Melrose district. Plenty of art and cultural activities nearby .

Guests can access unit through coded side gate and have access to the entire unit.

No smoking in home at any time. $500 fine applies.

Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $100 fee applies for all
approved pets.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.
