Enjoy this open concept, upscale furnished, & modernly decorated home in a prime location that offers a large backyard and an East/West orientation for all-day sun!
This home is located within walking distance of the "light rail" system which can get you from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to Downtown Seattle where you can explore lots of famous attractions and destinations. Centrally located in Columbia City & just a short drive to great dining, shops, and groceries.
Enjoy our charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Columbia City. This tastefully designed home has great indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. Perfect for a weekend in the city with the family, a couples getaway, or a business trip!
Flooded with natural lights, you can relax in the bright and airy living area that is perfectly designed for relaxation or watch movies on the 50" Smart TV. For those nights you want to stay and prepare a fresh meal, our fully equipped kitchen is beautifully designed with ample storage and stainless appliances - perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain.
After a long day of adventure, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with comfortable bedding. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a single-murphy bed.
This home sits high above the street to capture Cascade Mountain views over the Rainier Valley from the newly built porch. Features a front patio and garden throughout for ample entertainment and leisure.
An ensuite washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi are all provided during your stay!
There is no better place to stay if you want to experience a true Seattle getaway.

*There is no free parking space provided in this house but there are several paid parking options nearby:
- Diamond Parking Service, 3781S Hudson S - parking lot - open 24 hours - 11 mins walk - $3 - $13 a day
- 2730 4th Avenue - Parking Garage - 12 mins drive
*There is no AC provided in this home but there are two window fans available.
FYI: There is nothing to be done about it but the lot next door is under construction! For probably the better part of the year! The workers come early, sometimes starting at 7:30 and are gone by 4. No work on the weekends.
