Welcome to our new mountain modern home! This dog-friendly home offers everything you need for a memorable getaway, from proximity to outdoor activities to welcoming amenities that will make your stay truly exceptional. When you're not out adventuring you can unwind in the private hot tub on the patio or cozy up next to the fireplace. We are proud to offer a dog-friendly environment so you can bring furry family member to join in on the fun. We can't wait to welcome you!
House Rules: 5 Alpine Basin Loop
Guests are solely responsible for any HOA fines caused by guest conduct.


1. GENERAL
a. No shoes in the house.
b. Store all winter equipment in the garage, including ski/snowboard gear.
c. Please no food in carpeted areas.
d. HOA-enforced quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am, every day.

2. PARKING
a. No street parking (HOA Rule).
b. Property includes a one car garage and space for two additional cars in the driveway

3. MAXIMUM GUESTS
a. Based on the layout and parking, we do not allow more than 6 guests overnight.
b. All guests are subject to the House Rules & HOA Rules.
c. No parties of any kind. No exceptions.

4. SMOKING
a. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping in the house, in the garage, or within 10 feet of a doorway. No exceptions.
b. If you do choose to smoke outside, (MUST be a minimum of 10 feet from any doorway), please extinguish thoroughly and place butt in a can/bottle/other receptacle, and then in trash. Butts in the snow or flicked on to the property will be considered litter and may result in a deduction to security deposit.

5. DOG RULES [We love dogs. They’re the best. But please be respectful of all guests and our home while staying with us].
a. Limit of one (1) well-behaved dog. No other pets or animals allowed.
b. NO DOGS ON FURNITURE. NO EXCEPTIONS based on size, breed, grooming status, or owner.
c. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house.
d. Do not leave barking dogs unattended outside; please respect our neighbors.
e. Dog towels are provided – please do not use bath towels to wipe dogs and paws down.
f. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of their bagged waste in trash cans.
g. Damages or additional cleaning fees for not adhering to Dog Rules will be assessed.
h. Dogs must be kept on leash while outside the house, per HOA rules.

6. HOT TUB
a. No glass in/around the hot tub. We have provided blue plastic glassware for use while soaking.
b. Cover hot tub after use.

7. LAUNDRY
a. Unit includes a washer and dryer for use throughout your stay.
b. Laundry detergent provided.
c. Please do not overfill. Clean the lint trap between loads.

8. GRILL
a. Grill provided for guest use.
b. Grill must be cleaned after every use to prevent attracting wildlife.
c. Turn off propane and replace the grill cover after each use.

9. GARBAGE & RECYCLING (HOA Rules)
a. Garbage totes must be kept in the garage, except on pickup days.
b. Pickup day is Monday
c. All trash must fit in the receptacle.

10. PROPERTY DAMAGES/BREAKAGES
a. Accidents happen. Please report any damages to the Property asap. This includes furniture, broken dishes, and issues with appliances.
b. If damage or breakage affects your stay, please report immediately to property manager.
c. Spills happen. If you spill on the couch, please use a damp wet rag to wipe clean. Do not use cleaning products.

11. SECURITY
a. To keep your belongings secure, lock up while away.
