Not a great experience...we arrived at the property at 4pm for check in. Was not happy at all with the accommodations. Very small, crammed. Very limited parking, It is attached to the home they live in. Can not flush toilet paper. No sitting area, You can see directly into there home. Ended up taking the loss on the reservation, we immediately make a last minute reservation at a rear by hotel to stay instead. What a waste of money and time - do not recommend this place to stay. The hotel was a much better option!

Affordable
We wished it had an actual kitchen. It’s basically two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. No windows. Owners are next door so you can hear their kids. But not horribly. Outdoors could use some work. But if you’re looking for an affordable place to sleep it works. The owners are very sweet.

The hosts were super kind and helpful when needed-smoke alarm was beeping-needed batterie replacement. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. Overall a nice place to stay. It was a bit run down and could use some minor repairs/updates. TV was not working...but we were gone all day anyway, so no need for it. If you are looking for a posh stay...it's not here. But it fit our needs for a clean, quiet stay/comfortable sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Un sanitary
I will never stay at this establishment. I didn’t even show up due to in the description It says
two bedrooms a bathroom, a small kitchen and you cannot use the toilets , you cannot put toilet paper down the toilet plumming. You have to put toilet paper and a trashcan. That is absolutely disgusting. I do not understand why Verbo would allow such an VRBO to be on their site, with diseases present of fecal or urine toilet paper put in trash cans rather than disposed of down the plumbing.
, it was disgusting. I was not putting my family through tha.. they refunded a partial refund. They charged me for cleaning. I never showed up. They said because they couldn’t rent when I let them know due to unsanitary condition I would not be staying at their establishment .. maybe they shouldn’t have it unsanitary what kind of air does this?
The host was great and the place was clean. It is attached to their home but it was quiet. There is no kitchen and you can’t flush toilet paper . This is good to know in case you bring kids. Overall, no complaints.
We stayed for 2 nights (four of us) and it worked out great! It’s definitely small (no kitchen or sitting area) but the outside area was very nice and the beds were comfy too! Jose was a great host and a quick responder as well!
