Quiet cozy condo steps away from the Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the patio or soak up the sun in the lounge furniture on the deck. Walk across the street to a secluded section along Rye's shoreline to read a book or gaze at the waves. Take a dip in the saltwater pool located on the property for guests of the association (please note that pool closes after Labor Day). Take a 7 minute walk to Wallis Sands State Beach. Explore Odiorne State Park 1.2 miles away. Grab a smoothie bowl at Kooks Cafe and Beach Bar. Petey's Summertime Seafood (best around!) is only 1.3 miles. Pulpit Rock Tower .2 miles. Summer Sessions Surf Shop 4.4 miles. Downtown Portsmouth is just over a 5 mile drive with plenty of shopping and dining. 4.7 miles to Wentworth by the Sea. The options are endless in this quiet coastal beach town.
