This totally remodeled and reconfigured 2 bedroom plus two bath open floor plan is absolutely gorgeous. Your are going to love this place. I also have a 2 bedroom condo next door. Vrbo 6731. Great set up for extended families or larger groups. Units are connected by private exterior staircase. Both units have been recently remodeled throughout with fireplaces. upgraded HD TV's and all the conveniences of home.

This property was perfect for our family a three. The unit was a short walk to ski school drop off for our son and had a bus stop just outside making the location ideal. The property was immaculately clean and the owner was extremely responsive to messages. Would definitely rent again.

Freshly remodeled, 5 minute walk to slope ski in/out
Our second stay in the unit. Always in demand, book early. Freshly remodeled with all new appliances and plumbing fixtures. Quiet location with immediately adjacent parking. The village and city bus stop is also steps away which is convenient for a trip to Clark's Market or downtown Aspen. The Owner is always extremely responsive. We will be back.

Great place in Snowmass Village
Everything about this stay was perfect. It’s just a couple of minute’s walk to the Snowmass base lift, has a brand new jacuzzi nestled in the trees just a few steps from the front door, and the interior has been recently updated with all the modern conveniences. Our host Rochelle was super nice and a great communicator. And there is ample parking right outside the condo. We really couldn’t have asked for anything better and we’ll definitely stay here again whenever possible!

The condo is beautiful, exceptionally quiet, and conveniently located for skiing and attending meetings at nearby hotels. The bed is incredibly comfortable—I had one of the best sleeps of the year! The host was very accommodating, and the communication was outstanding.

Condo location was very convenient, close to kids ski school, lift and restaurants. The property is very well maintained and we had everything we needed. It was a comfortable place to relax after a day of skiing. Definitely would stay here again!

Rochelle was a phenomenal host, greeting us at check in and making sure we were situated. The unit is comfy with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It took 2 adults about 5 minutes to walk in ski gear with skis to the lift. Great location!

Great access to the slopes.
We had a wonderful time staying here. So convenient to the slopes. We were able to be in the middle of everything without breaking the bank. Plenty of space for my family of 5. It was so nice to be able to have homemade meals at the end of a day on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay with your family! It's great! This is the one you want!
This was the perfect property for our family of 5. The bunk bedroom is excellent for young kids. We made several meals in the well-appointed kitchen. It's easy to access the ski hill from the location and its beautifully landscaped. But most impressive of all is the communication and accommodation from the listing owner. They were so helpful with every question or unique situation I had. It makes all the difference in the world when you have someone responsive and willing to make your trip extraordinary. I would highly recommend a stay!

A 100 yard walk to the slopes - Easy Access
Great place with all the comforts of home. The unit was recently remodeled, it was well stocked with a lot of cooking utensils. We cooked most of our meals in the unit including a quick lunch breaks. Clarks grocery store near by and yes, a must stop at Tasters pizza of course. Beds and seating were clean and comfortable. Washer & dryer in the unit was a real plus and ski locker directly outside the door. Communication with Rochelle (the PM) was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay here again.

Steps from Snowmass Village
This spot makes it is so easy to get to Snowmass Village, the gondola which takes you to Snowmass mall, the Village Chair, and is so close to the nearest bus stop. The community hot tub is steps away. The condo itself has everything you need. Stayed as 2 adults, each using one of the bedrooms/bathrooms. The in-unit laundry made life even easier. Rochelle was responsive and helpful for when we needed her.

Great and convenient spot
My family of four had a very comfortable week staying here. The unit was very comfortable and very conveniently located. We easily went up to the Mall, went into Snowmass village and also caught the bus to Aspen. We skied seven days straight and had no issues with getting to or from Fanny Hill. Also, we hit the hot tub up regularly as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better week in Snowmass! Would definitely return. Thank you so much!!

Nice location but loud environment
The apartment is very nice and modern. Sometimes a bit too modern & fancy as even turning on taps or the fireplace could be a bit complicated. And there was no booklet or any information about the place whatsoever, so nothing was explained (apart from the wifi). For example, there was no instruction regarding the communal hot tub / pool (they are locked). And the host is not always responsive (when I booked I asked if the pool was open in the winter and never got a reply -- note: it is open & heated during the winter). The bigger problem though was the noise. The walls are paper thin, so it's literally impossible to sleep while the upstairs neighbors are still up and about, as you hear everything (footsteps, voices, etc.). There's also a piano in the upstairs unit and I got unlucky the 1st night with guests getting back to their unit late & playing the piano at 2am, which of course woke me up in a panic (it was so loud that I thought it was an alert on my phone). There are also lots of buzzing, whirring, and other building noises, which not much can be done about. But if you're not sensitive to noise, then it's very comfortable, very close to restaurants and lift/gondola (5-minute walk, but not technically ski-in / ski-out, still very close & convenient). The parking is convenient and very close to the unit, and the host was very flexible with us regarding leaving the car in the parking lot a bit before check in and after check out, which was much appreciated!

I spend time in my rentals throughout the year and make sure the unit is comfortable and updated with all the conveniences of home. You will enjoy this beautiful unit and prime location. The best kept secret in the Aspen area.

Why they chose this property

I take pride in owning 2 units at the Lower Willows. My units are well taken care of with upgrades yearly. You will always walk into a fresh, well appointed, clean, comfortable unit with extra touches so you really feel at home. I am a board member for the Willows and have owned units here since 1992. Our grounds and exterior have been upgraded recently and it looks great! Heated sidewalks and covered decks are a big plus. The Lower Willows is the best kept secret, best location to the Base Village and Fanny Hill Slope, just steps from all the action without the Big Price tag and noise.

What makes this property unique

Best location for the best price. You can't beat it. I book 99% every ski season with mostly repeat renters. Free parking right at the unit. A car is not neccesary, next to the free Village shuttle service and bus line to Aspen.
