Beachfront condo with a great view in Xamanha

Beautiful view of the ocean from your private balcony.
Great location in gated Playacar fase 1, Playa del Carmen. Very short walk to all the activities in Playa. The Ferry dock, 5th street and all the shops, restaurants & bars, you can also enjoy the quiet of a private pool overlooking the beautiful blue/green water of the Carribean.

a full kitchen and living room allow you to relax and recharge before hitting the town at night. One of our favorite things to do is sit on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of exploring or laying by the pool and watch the lights come on in Cozumel on the horizon. From there, you can walk into town and experience the great food, nightlife and people watching that Playa has to offer.

Anytime of the year it is always beautiful to watch some of the most impressive sunrises anywhere in the Yucatan.

Tranquillity - escape from the crowds

A beautiful tranquil setting close to all the amenities. Comfortable bed, nice ensuite bathroom, plenty of cold drinking water, well equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace. The pool is pleasant and access to the beach is very easy. We loved everything about this property and would highly recommend.

Great location

The condo was conveniently located on the second floor and not far from the main entrance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The communication between our host was excellent and look forward to staying at this condo again soon.

Great Location

The condo is close to everything. It was clean and ready well stocked with what was advertised. The on grounds staff is friendly. Patricia, the bartender, is great. If I had any complaints about our stay it would be they need some better black out shades in the bedrooms.
