The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, one guest room has a double bed, and the other houses two twins. There is a shred bathroom in the hall between the two guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an ensuite master bathroom with ample storage and closet space.
There is wi-fi throughout the condo and smart TVs in the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen in fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. There is a coffee station with a Keurig and regular coffee maker.
You are steps from the pool and tennis courts, and a block from the beach. This property is also pet friendly for a furry friend up to 25 pounds.
Come enjoy the island for a few days, or stay a month.

This island is a wonderfully inclusive community. It is one of the reasons so many people stay and raise their children here. You will love the sense of community the permeates the area.
What makes this property unique
Pet friendly, with all the comforts of home. The property backs up against the back of the community , which is a wooded area. This makes it a serene place to stay. You have a playground for the kids, a pool and tennis courts for you to enjoy. You can also be on the beach in less than a 5 minute walk. You are close to some good area restaurants too.
