Summer frolic and winter snow adventures await you at this historic Lamb family farmhouse, (John Deere was here), 25 mins to ski Sugarbush, 40 mins to Killington and steps away from biking, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing and swimming holes, plus rafting on the nearby river. This is a private and peaceful escape in any season.
This is a large property - recent restoration included modern features, fast internet and tv. A screened porch, stone patio, outdoor grill and fire circle provide various options for enjoying the outdoors.
This home sleeps 4 adults and 3-4 children for a perfect family getaway.

Extra large master bedroom has two arm chairs and room to spread out. Spacious dining room, large living room and kitchen provide multiple places to spend time together or have room to work remotely.

This house is on the corner of North Hollow Road and Butz Road. The circular driveway, accessible from Butz Road, offers off-street parking for multiple cars.
