FRESH, BRIGHT SPACE
Large, bright, design-forward guest house with high ceilings, an open floor plan, and a full kitchen make this space ideal for long stays or relaxing weekends. The eight-person dining table is perfectly suited for large meals or a comfortable workspace. The living area beckons you to sink into plush seating adorned with colorful cushions, surrounded by local artwork that reflects Austin's creative spirit. The space is infused with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance that instantly makes you feel at ease.

This 850 sf, second-floor alley flat has its own private entrance and patio, and there is plenty of off-street parking available. The washer/dryer is available for your use just below in the first-floor garage.

SWEET DREAMS
Two Queen beds with comfy mattresses, quality sheets, and plenty of pillows. Lots of windows are ready to fill the room with light when you are ready to draw back the curtains. An extra queen-sized bed is available via the fold-out sofa when you need extra space (super comfy!).

STOCKED AND WELL APPOINTED
Your space is waiting for you with multiple streaming options on the TV, locally roasted coffee, snacks, drinks, and all the conveniences of home. If you need something special for your comfort, just ask!

This second-floor guest house has private access off of the alley and plenty of private, off-street parking.

The guest house has entirely separate access from the street and private deck. We are happy to chat and share our local recommendations or give you your space.

Amazing accommodations and great location

This 2 bedroom upscale apartment had everything we wanted. Two spacious bedrooms with tons of closet space and storage, and amazingly comfortable beds. The common area is spacious and comfortable as well. Windows are everywhere to let in lots of light and they have room darkening curtains so you can sleep in if that’s your thing. It’s an easy walk to S. Congress and a quick drive or Lyft ride to downtown. The property has its own off-street parking area directly outside the door. We loved our stay here.

Great Studio Apartment!

Location was perfect! Close to downtown, South Congress and so many other attractions. Owner was extremely nice and responsive. Highly recommend this option for your next stay in Austin.

Travis Heights Stay

We love this location in Travis Heights . . . just a short walk from Big Stacy Pool. The pool is free to anyone! Michelle was great at communication. Quiet apartment with upstairs privacy.
