Welcome to Gulf Tide! This studio home with loft is the perfect place for a couple or small family looking for a beach getaway in the beautiful, quieter east end of Panama City Beach. This studio is just under a half mile to beach access (about a 10 min walk or short drive) and is central to the best local dining, shopping, and entertainment that the area has to offer!

This studio style home has 2 stories. On the first level is the main ‘bedroom.’ This is equipped with a king sized bed, smart TV, washer/dryer, doors leading out to a small patio/backyard area, and a full bathroom. Please note that although we describe this as a bedroom, there is no bedroom door. It is studio* style meaning it is open layout to the rest of the home. Also on the main floor is a small kitchen (please note there is a 2 burner cooktop and fridge but NO oven, or dishwasher), and a small dining table. Upstairs is the loft that includes 3 queen beds and a smart TV.

Gulf Tide is located in the beautiful lower grand lagoon area of Panama City Beach and is just about half a mile from Richard Seltzer Park public beach access. This house is central to the BEST local eats, grocery stores, and ample shopping and entertainment that PCB and Pier Park have to offer!

* Please note that we only provider start packs for this property despite your length of stay. Beach/pool towels are NOT provided, so you will want to bring your own.

* We have an age requirement of 25+. You must be 25+ to book and must be present the entire length of stay. Thank you for understanding.

* As mentioned in the description, this is a kitchenette style kitchen (fridge & 2 burner cook top only). There is a small electric grill outside.
*There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
