If anything is lost, stolen or broken money will be deducted from the security deposit.
RULES:
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE the house. IF EVIDENCE OF SMOKING INSIDE IS FOUND A FINE OF 500 will be applied. IF smoking outdoors please place cigarette butts in the trash or a fine of $500 will be applied.
2. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10.
3. Hot Tub Max. Cap 7 people. No oils or soaps. Cover the tub after each use. Please refer to Hot Tub rules for more info.
4. Bbq Grill must be properly cleaned after use and covered. Ex: cleaning grill racks and oil catcher platforms after use.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
NOTE: MUST AGREE TO COMMON HOUSE RULES PRIOR BOOKING. FINES OR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED NON- REFUNDABLE IF NOT FOLLOWED**

--> MUST be 21 or older to book the home. IDs (driver's license) will be required from main booker once a booking is confirmed.

--> We will request IDs for security purposes ONLY (privacy assured).

--> There are security cameras outside (front, side, and backyard. For security and liability purposes only).

--> No smoking anywhere inside ($500 FINE)

--> No fireworks ($500 FINE)

--> Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm-8 am.

--> Be aware of wildlife on the property: plenty of deer and occasional bears and foxes, bugs. Please be aware we are in the Mt. Poconos. If you don’t like mosquitoes or wild life please reconsider booking.
-->Guest is responsible for any incidental damages occurred during their stay. Incidental damages as: Damages to walls, doors, windows, furniture etc.
Failure to adhere to the rules may result in deductions from your security deposit or the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
