Pickens Bridge Cottage on Boone Lake
Make memories at Pickens Bridge Cottage on beautiful Boone Lake. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage sits on a peninsula with lake views in the front and the back of the property. The cottage is located near Jay's Boat Dock. The home includes an amazing outdoor space with places to relax and take in the lake views, enjoy a meal on the back deck dining area or relax in the hot tub after a long day. There is also a guest house that has a game room to enjoy year round. The guest house suite is available for an additional charge.
Our cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Boone Lake. There is a marina guests can walk to that has a bar and grille as well as a place to rent a boat if desired. We are 20 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway, 30 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino in Bristol and centrally located within a 15-25 minute drive to Johnson City and Kingsport

Great house

Our family had a great time. The house everything we needed and the it’s close to all the things we wanted to see. We will be visiting again in the summer.

Lake house was amazing

Lake view

This house was perfect for our family's trip for the Bristol race weekend. We couldn't ask for more between the lake, hottub and the short drive to the track. David check in on us to see if we needed anything and helped make our stay awesome. We hope to go back again next year.

Beautiful Cottage

Beautiful cottage! Had everything & more in the house! Hot tub was awesome along with late dinners outside on the deck. David was a great host! We will be back!

We have a nice dock that guests can tie a boat to and are very close to Jay's Marina where guests can rent a boat or get lunch or dinner at the bar and grille. The guest house has a game room for the kids and the house has been complete updated inside.
