About this property

Located near Fort Myers, River Hall Country Club is a gated community with a semi-private 18 hole golf course designed by Davis Love III. Included in your stay is access to the golf course, two resort style pools, tiki bar, Country Club restaurant, Tennis, Pickleball, Bocce Ball, gym, personal golf cart for community use and miles of walking paths.

This is a brand new one-level home (finished in March 2023). The front side of the home faces the beautiful par 5, 6th hole. In the back, relax with a cup of coffee in the lanai that backs up to a beautiful Floridian preserve.

Your stay will include access to the entire house, garage and both the River Hall Country Club amenities as well as the Town hall amenities. You will also have access to a personal golf cart to use on premise/within the community (we ask you to sign a waiver if you plan to use it).

Note the golf membership fees are included in the pricing, and covers one family (2 adults and up to 3 kids). Additional players can be added for an additional fee directly through the Country Club.

Upon booking, we will require just a few more documents be signed to transfer over access to all of the amenities including information on booking tee-times.

Thank you so much for your interest in staying at Gone Gulfing (you see what we did there with that pun?). We wanted to share a little about us so you felt more at home. We are Mike and Alyssa! We currently reside in Lake Elmo, Minnesota with our little boy, Bode.

We love to travel, eat great food, drink great wine and enjoy time with friends and family. We are also big sports fans- although we torture ourselves, we are huge Vikings fans.

We are available to answer any questions you may have- We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Why they chose this property

River Hall Country Club has great golf, great food, great drinks, fun pools, and lots of activities! We love the bunker bar (tiki bar) at the River Hall Country Club pool. This restaurant and pool is only accessible with the River Hall CC Membership which will be transferred to you during your stay!
