Chapel Vista home designed by The Design Group to provide views from multiple directions and from every room, focusing on red rock & Chapel of the Holy Cross views. Less than a 10-minute walk to the Chapel and to the Mystic, Chapel, Broken Arrow, White Line & Hog Heaven trailheads. Large lot with stunning gardens & hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. “Dark sky" area allows stargazing at night. Solar power system. High-end bathrooms with Toto washlets/bidets & Victoria Albert sinks/tub.

A large and quiet one-acre property with beautiful manicured gardens surrounding the house with views all around. Hot tub is nestled in the gardens and has beautiful red rock views.

Exterior lights will be turned off for star-gazing upon request.

The Chapel Vista neighborhood is in a very quiet location (away from noise and traffic congestion), close enough to uptown for a short drive to the best restaurants and shops but even closer and within walking distance to some of the best trails Sedona has to offer. You’ll have views of the top iconic formations in all of Sedona. You may even encounter local wildlife including the adorable Gambel Quails (and their chicks), foxes, javelinas, etc. *Note* Please be careful and don’t feed the javelinas or any other wildlife in the area.

Close to landmarks and trails by a short drive or a few minutes walk.

Guests will be given access to the main house and the guest suite. The interior door to the guest suite will be unlocked so that you don't have to go outside to access the guest suite.
We have cameras monitoring the parking areas and the front doors.

No parties - $1000 fine for breaking the rules.

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes - a $1000 fine for breaking the rule.

No pets - $1000 fine for breaking the rule.

$100 for missing remotes.

$30 for each missing towel.

Chapel Vortex home is a gem

What a view!

Magnificent Views & Location

We have rented many VRBOs and this one is at the top of the list as one of our favorites. The architecture of the home is amazing, the views are spectacular, the furnishings are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are updated and gorgeous, the layout of the house is ideal and the kitchen is well stocked. The owner's communication was excellent too. It is a five star plus property. We will definitely return. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night.

Space to Spread Out in Sedona

The Chapel Vortex Home exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of space for our family of 7 to spread out, including multiple outdoors areas with amazing views of the rocks and Chapel. Everything you need in a vacation home was provided for our use. The location was perfect. Easy driving distance to Uptown and West Sedona. Its walkable to the Chapel of the Holy Cross, so you can beat the crowds. It was quiet and a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Sedona.

Located in a highly desirable area of the City of Sedona, right across from The Chapel of the Holy Cross with stunning Chapel and red rock views and stunning gardens. A very private property in a very quiet location. Walk to several trailheads nearby. Away from traffic congestion. Just 3 miles to uptown. Very close to some of Sedona’s the most popular red rock formations: Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Twin Buttes, Chicken Point and several others. You can see these formations from the property and/or the street. Lots of parking. A very unique property.

What makes this property unique

A very unique, bright and spacious property with large rooms. Custom-built to give the maximum possibility of views. Cleverly installed glass panes to bring in views. Even the exteriors of the windows reflect views. Stunning manicured gardens with a hot tub. Many upgrades were made to the house in 2023 including completely replacing all bathrooms and rebuilding them with high-end items, new Saltillo tile floors, new window light-blocking coverings and remotely controlled shades on sky lights and higher windows. Arizona Room for outdoor dining. Patio with outdoor furniture and fire pit.
