For any booking of 5 nights or more, we will provide two weekday exclusive beach club access** guest cards. Guest cards allow weekday use for two adults and four children up to the age of 14 of private beaches, pools, spas, gyms, tennis courts and other facilities of many of the most exclusive Dubai hotels, such as Waldorf Astoria The Palm, W the The Palm, Westin Mina Seyahi, Kempinski The Palm, etc with discounts of 20-40% for food, beverages, spa, sports inside the hotels. Access to the 5 star Sheraton Jumeirah Resort and Hilton Jumeirah, which are located right in the Jumeirah Beach Residence within a couple minutes’ walk from our complex is also included.

Rising 245 meters into the sky, Al Fattan Marine Towers features floor to ceiling windows, panoramic lifts and holds the distinction of being one of the tallest structures in the JBR area. The building features a 24h security desk, free allocated underground parking and the upper podium leisure deck with fully-equipped gym, health club, swimming pool, sun lounge, garden, spa and other recreational facilities. The ground floor hosts commercial and retail spaces serving both residents and clients from around the area.

The property is located right on the beachfront and the JBR Walk, with restaurants, cafes, and the white sandy beaches right at your doorstep. The tasteful interiors and top of the line appliances are designed for comfort and functionality and include a wide range of amenities.

Our uniquely designed luxury apartments in Al Fattan Marine Tower 2 feature three full bedrooms, maid’s room and four and half bathrooms. Two allocated parking spots in the underground garage are included in the rent (we will inform you about the specific parking slots in advance).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
• Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS)
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment
• Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM (11:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate
• Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
• Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate

CLEANING
• Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only
• Guest staying 8 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week with a 24hrs advanced request
• Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with a 24hrs advanced request
