Casa Contessa's 5 bedrooms have NEW, dedicated air conditioners, allowing guests to custom-set their temperature to their individual liking. No detail was overlooked, Casa Contessa's 2 primary bedrooms have large bathrooms and walk-in closets with their individual dedicated air conditioners for extra convenience.

Maid and Concierge Service is included (every other day) as well as pre-arrival shopping to stock Casa Contessa with your choice of foods and beverages, all ready for you upon arrival. Top-shelf linens and toiletries are provided. One of the Primary Bedrooms offer a very private outdoor shower experience. This outdoor shower is surrounded by flowers and rich plants to enhance your relationship with nature.

For those who like relaxing in a tub, Casa Contessa's hand-hammered Copper Bathtub's in both Primary Bedrooms meet the challenge. Our guests can make reservations at the World Famous Alberge Spa, offering an assortment of custom body treatments as well as reservations to the Esperanza restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Esperanza pools and gym access are not permitted.

Casa Contessa is a Single Level Custom Villa located 100 yards from the ocean, providing 5 private bedrooms, each complete with a private bathroom and shower. All 5 bedrooms are 'REAL' bedrooms, not an office converted into a 'Bedroom' where those guest must use a shower in another bedroom. Don't be misled, ask for the specific dimension details of the villa and bedroom details.

The location of Casa Contessa is on row 3 from the ocean in the "Residencies" section of Punta Ballena, one of three sections within the Punta Ballena that includes the Esperanza Resort. Other rentals homes in our community show their villa location on the VRBO map that misleads renters to believe they are within the Esperanza Resort and much closer to the ocean. For example, homes that are 5 or 6 rows from the ocean advertise their location on the map as row 1 or 2 (or 1/2 mile away). Don't be misled, ask for the specific location details of the villa.

For added security and piece-of-mind, Casa Contessa has 4 external Ring cameras as well as one interior camera facing the entry door. This interior camera can be turned toward the wall and unplugged at the guests discretion. Our neighborhood also has 21 CCD cameras that are monitored 24/7.
