This basement apartment is close to the mall, movie theater, right off the freeway, and easy to find. Less than 10 min from BYU and downtown Provo but in the quieter side of town. It’s 5 minutes from the Provo Airport and lots of restaurants. 10 minutes from Splash Summit, Peaks Ice Arena, Y mountain hiking trail and the mouth of Slate Canyon.

Off street parking available and newly renovated! You can be sure that it will be a clean and comfortable place to stay while you visit!

Great location!
Was in Provo for a family fishing trip and the location made it super easy to meet up with our family and catch some fish. Quick access to highways and major roads made our trip extremely easy!

Great space, very functional for family.
I stayed with my kids while attending sport camps. It was the perfect place to relax after long days. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. I enjoyed the washer/dryer in unit since we stayed for an extended period of time.

Super convenient to BYU
This was our 2nd time using Halley’s basement apartment this summer for 6 days while my kids attended sports camps on campus. It’s so close and convenient to BYU. It was plenty big for the 5 of us and offered great amenities, my favorite being the in-unit washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Great rental close to everything!
This rental worked out great for us. The mini fridge was a little too small for what we needed and froze everything we put in it, but other than that, the hosts were great. It's a really cute and clean rental, and it worked out great for us!

Very nice place. Very clean. Has room for a small family. Great for a single or couple nights stay as it doesn't have a full kitchen. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets and bedding.

The unit was very clean and nice. We didn’t need to cook there so the kitchenette was just fine. The communication was very smooth between us and the owner. The bed was very comfortable and it was a really nice place to stay!

Awesome Property
Property was perfect for our needs. Felt like coming back home every evening versus a hotel room. The two bedrooms are at either end of the space with a hallway and bathroom between. There is a full sized washer and dryer which was perfect for our needs for the week. There is also a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge. Lots of counterspace. The listing stated a 1 full bath and 1 half bath but there was only a full bath which was fine. Highly recommend this place! A++++++
