GROUND FLOOR 3BR/4B Villa steps from pool/beach at the FIVE STAR resort Villa La Estancia! Nothing is more convenient for the family than walking off your patio directly into the expansive pool with a swim-up bar, cozy hot tub, or down to the beach. Great finishes with marble floors and granite counters. Four total beds (2 kings and 2 queens) with two pull out sofas. Four bathrooms. My wife and I love hosting folks for great family vacations. This place is where we go for most of our family vacations and am sure you will love it as well!
Why they chose this property
My wife and I love visiting La Estancia. We have gone here for the last 8+ years by ourselves and with our children. It is quiet and absolutely amazing for a relaxing vacation.. which is why we decided to purchase two properties!
What makes this property unique
This unit is a GROUND FLOOR 3 bedroom unit. There are only a handful of these along all of Medano beach. There is nothing more convenient than being on the ground level when you have a family. So easy to walk off your patio to the pool or beach and then walk right back in when the kids get hungry or need to use the restroom. No more waiting on elevators or going up stairs. And if you forgot something - so quick to walk right back to the villa!
