This 4 bedroom house is just a short walk or bike to Montauk's famous Ditch Plains beach. After a day of surfing and swimming enjoy dinner on the deck overlooking the lake or take a soak in the 6 person Jacuzzi. Upstairs (central air) is a large bright living,dining, fully equipped kitchen w/ granite counter-tops, Master suite (king) w/ 46' flat screen & full bath. Downstairs 3 bedrooms each with 26' flat screen tv, a/c, (2bedrooms w/ queen 1w 2 /single), Family room w/51' flat screen TV, full bathroom, laundry room (washer & dryer & extra refrig). Internet, Outside shower, full fenced in yard, Beach Parking pass included with rental!
