The Space:
This newly-refurbished, stylish property features a two-story main house (with a unit on each floor). This setup is perfect for those who want to travel to Charleston in a group, but also want to have their own space and privacy. Each unit features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV connected to Apple TV, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen.
The property features:
The downstairs (Unit A) in the main house has a large living room. The master bedroom features a master bedroom with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room has an article pull out couch to accommodate sleeping space for two guests. The two full bathrooms have new showers with beautiful tile. There is also access to the lower balcony.
The upstairs (Unit B) in the main house. It includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a classic clawfoot bathtub. This unit has access to a balcony, a great place to hang out and watch the sunset.
There is an outdoor patio, a great place for everyone to come together and hang out.
There are 3 on-site parking spaces available for guests.
You may park three (based on size) in the driveway, parked tandem one in front of the other. This makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to their rental along with all the appliances and amenities included with your stay. This rental comes with parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway!

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
