Rock 'n' House is about two hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
Other Things to Note:
For safety reasons, it's important to note that our home is not child-proof–we do not supply cribs, highchairs, changing tables, and similar items. We do not advise the accommodation for children below the age of 12. If you intend to bring infants or children, please notify us at the time of booking.
PLEASE NOTE: Guest agrees that the rental property is to be used solely for personal, residential, and vacation purposes. Any commercial use of the property—including but not limited to photoshoots, film productions, events, or any activity involving third-party vendors or paid services—is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Red Cottage.
