Uma agradável hospedagem na Paisssandu

Fiquei alguns dias no apto. que foi todo reformado e com uma decoração "maravilhosa", moderna e muito confortável. Super arejado, sem prédios muito próximos..A localização não podia ser melhor.Fica no Flamengo, bairro da Zona Sul do Rio, onde tem bons restaurantes, supermercados, metrô, ônibus para qualquer parte do Rio e o Aterro do Flamengo, onde eu fazia caminhadas diárias , com uma paisagem maravilhosa da Baia de Guanabara ! Enfim, eu ADOREI tudo. Valeu !

Excelente bom gosto em local aprazível.

O apartamento está bem localizado num prédio situado em rua tradicional no bairro do Flamengo , zona sul do Rio de Janeiro, a duas quadras do Aterro e próximo ao centro da cidade. O prédio apresenta um belo jardim muito bem cuidado o que para mim foi muito importante pois minha filha de 5 anos pode desfrutar dessa bela área de lazer. O jardim agrada crianças e adultos. Este prédio está muito próximo ao metrô o que possibilitou o meu deslocamento com muita facilidade e baixo custo para outros bairros da Zona Sul e centro da cidade. Além disso embora seja um bairro bastante residencial possui no seu entorno, restaurantes, supermercados e bares O apartamento é muito funcional, com peças novas e de muito bom gosto . Trata-se de um local bastante arejado com boa claridade, silencioso, bastante limpo e com excelente manutenção. No meu retorno ao Rio de Janeiro gostaria de voltar a me hospedar nesse apartamento que indico aos amigos e às pessoas interessadas em alugar um ótimo espaço para temporada no Rio.Esse apartamento tem a facilidade de atender a vários interesses sejam, lazer, moradia ou temporada para negócios.

Tranquilidade e bastante verde

O apartamento e super confortável, limpo ,claro e arejado , muito bem localizado numa região charmosa proxima ao Metro, nos permitindo conhecer o Rio sem ter que perder tempo no transito. Fomos muito bem recebidos por Esther , pessoa super educada, simpática e acessível. Quando retornar ao Rio, espero poder ficar de novo nesse apartamento. Recomendo a todos !!!!!!
