Centrally-located ground floor condo, less than a 2 minute walk to the beach!
Fully remodeled with new furniture and appliances! 2 ROKU TVs, beach equipment, books, games, puzzles and more! Queen size memory foam mattress in the bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam topper in the living room! Ceiling fans, a living room AC unit and an ocean breeze, help create a comfortable space! Small patio area with beautiful, tropical courtyard views and seating for 4.
There is a community pool and jacuzzi with a full outdoor kitchen, right across from our patio.
Our condo is located just 25 minutes from the airport and is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and a grocery store!
