Sorry, it took me a week till I get the chance to write a review. I had a busy week after our weekend getaway. Anyhow, the host and the caretaker were very pleasant and accommodating. They let us checked in early than the stated check-in time without any additional cost and they also let us played videoke until 10 p.m. The house was very spacious and can accommodate up to 20 people. It has one spacious room and two medium-sized rooms with comfortable beds. I have one complaint though, the wifi wasn't working that well during our stay. But overall, we had a great time during our stay and will surely recommend the place to friends. Thank you, Mae and Tita Sabel. Until next time.

At first, we had a problem checking in. We arrived 12 pm and our check in time is 2 pm. So we

At first, we had a problem checking in. We arrived 12 pm and our check in time is 2 pm. So we decided to ask out host if we can leave our bags and lugage inside while sunce they are still cleaning the house. It is quite hard to contact the assistant. Both numbers can't be reached until finally someone opened the door. That is the person who cleans the house and ask her if we could leave out things, she did let us but she did not give the keys. So I told her we will just come back after lunch. We went back pass 4 pm. But we I can't still contact the host. It was then it all became very frustrating. After 40 minutes we finally able to contact the host and waited for her to arrive. The house was very spacious that it us perfect for our family of 18 people. WiFi was really good and TV was good though the volume is still low despite of being in maximum setting. The place itself is near the main road so very easy to locate. You have all you will need if tou want to cook. Another big challenge is that the Washroom upstairs doesn't have a working faucet or maybe the water pressure is not sufficient enough to reach the washroom in the second floor. So all of us waiting on queue for us to take a shower. Imagine the time wasted plus if one would need to use the toilet for their own business, then it is such a hassle. They need to fix that part. Overall, we had a 7 out of 10 rating for the place. Will we come back? Maybe. I can consider the place again next time.

This was my first time staying in Tagaytay and I'm really glad I found this Townhouse. The information stated on the page is all accurate. We stayed for 3 days.There were 10 adults & 2 children in our group and this place perfectly accommodated us. The host, Tita Sabel, was very helpful and accommodating as well. The only thing that bothered me was the water pressure on the second floor bathroom wasn't that great, especially when someone would be using the downstairs bathroom shower at the same time, but other than that, everything was perfect. The place is private and secure, it has a gate and cctv. I strongly recommend this place and I would definately consider staying here again. Thank you to Ms. Mae & Tita Sabel for making our first Tagaytay trip a memorable one...
