About this property
Centrally located 2 houses- Great for large groups!
This listing is for both of units in our Moonrise on Mill St. Inn- The Residence & The Carriage Haus. Perfect for wedding parties, family reunions, or any event where you would all like to stay on the same property! Units are right next to each other and share a courtyard and driveway. Centrally located a 1/2 of block off of Broad @ Mill St. 1 block from Miner's Foundry and 2 blocks from The National Hotel.
Main Residence is styled as a modern victorian and the Carriage House is a bohemian, naturalist vibe! We also have them listed separately. No parties are to be held on these premises :)
A couple of things to note:
-These are Victorian houses so the stairs are steep. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom on the 1st floor of the main house for anyone with mobility issues.
-Pets are only allowed with prior consent from host. An agreement to pet rules and non-refundable pet fee will be requested of you! Please mention you will be bringing a pet when you book with us.
-There is a $50/night charge for an additional people over 11.
-There is a tandem spot that fits 3 small to medium vehicles or 2 larger vehicles
