Harbour Villas is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, Serenity Spa, the Bay Point Nicklaus designed Golf Course, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.

This updated condo offers around 1,200 square feet of waterfront living space. On the lower level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with bay & marina views. The master bedroom is also on the lower level, along with a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and the washer/dryer. The upstairs features two bedrooms, both with 1 Queen & 1 Twin bed in each, and an additional full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this condo, had everything we needed and offered our family plenty of space. Walking distance to the golf clubhouse, free golf was greatly appreciated! The clubhouse also serves breakfast and lunch which was delicious. We've never stayed in this area but will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo! Very peaceful complex! We loved the condo, but our only complaint is there were no window treatments in the living area. This was a privacy concern for me at night and also considering where the bathroom location was in reference to the windows. Would definitely stay again if they add the window treatments!
