It has a full kitchen (minus a dishwasher), a Queen bed, a sectional/Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a bath with a tub/shower, and an outdoor patio area with a table and chairs. Savor the distant ocean view and breathe in the pine-scented air. Carmel’s pristine beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries are just minutes away. Driveway parking. Note: there are two vacation rentals on this 1.57 acre lot. A shared washer/dryer is located in the garage of the other unit.
