Ski Season Home on the forest close to 3 ski resorts in South Lake Tahoe, .
This house is right on the forest with no lights or noise from the neighbors so star gazing is incredible. This is a very peaceful neighborhood and everyone is very friendly.
There are many restaurants and pubs close and if it is casinos you like they are about 15 minutes away. Also check the entertainment venue for the casinos they have great shows. We are 10 minutes to Heavenly ski resort, 20 minutes to Sierra and 40 minutes to Kirkwood. Many hiking and biking trails starting right in the neighborhood.
Dining room looks out the backyard at the forest and snow. The living room has a 60 inch smart tv. Rent includes internet and cable TV. Tenant is responsible for Gas and Electric and snow removal in the driveway. Removal of snow on the roof will be taken care of as needed by owner. Sorry No Pets!
The backyard is fenced and right on the forest with snowshoe trail nearby.
There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars , if they are small you could fit more!
