Quaint and charming Duplex, Unit B in Old Town Folsom
Unit B of duplex located one block from Old Town Folsom. Two minute walk to all old town Folsom restaurant, shops, entertainment, light rail to Sacramento. Two bedroom and two bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit. Living room, kitchen, master bedroom with own bath and queen bed. Second bedroom with twin bed. Very clean and quaint. There is one other room in the duplex that is for storage which is not available. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and all kitchen supplies. No dishwasher. TV in living room and master bedroom. Parking in front of Unit B. The unit has 2 wall air conditioners and a wall heater.

Why they chose this property
We love being able to walk to all the happenings in Old Town Folsom with it being just one block away from the duplex. There is a farmers market every Saturday morning and many events throughout the year.
