The Club and Spa membership transfer fee of $750 is included. This will allow access to multiple pools (4), and dining at Gator Grill or Caxambas, fine dining. See membership office for access to additional onsite amenities and events.

Booking details: This property requires all renters to complete an application and background check through the community HOA and must be submitted at least 20 days prior to the start lease date. The HOA requires a completed lease agreement between the owner and renter, an application processing fee of $150, service fee of $20, and $50 for a background check for all guests 18 years and older. These charges are paid directly to the HOA after booking on this site.

Once the application is submitted & background check results are in, it's submitted for Board approval. Without completion of these steps, the condo association will not allow access to the premises.
