🚭 No Smoking & No Pets – To maintain a fresh, allergy-friendly environment, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A $400 fee will apply for violations.
🏡 Housekeeping Services – Our properties are professionally cleaned before arrival, but daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee.
🍽 Food & Storage Policy – Florida law prohibits storing open food in the unit. For hygiene reasons, condiments, spices, and coffee are not provided before check-in.
📦 Starter Supplies – Your villa includes a starter pack of essentials (trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries). Once depleted, guests are responsible for additional supplies.
🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee – To maintain high cleanliness standards, a $100 fee applies if additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service.
