Cozy and quaint, this modern interpretation of a New England cottage has loads of nooks and modest-sized rooms (built in 1900), all made comfortable through minimal design, clean lines, and calming colors and hues. The living room opens directly onto a very private and spacious deck, complete with a new gas grill, a large dining table with umbrellas, as well as a propane fire table & deck chairs.
