Only 15 minutes from Asheville with unique surrounding areas to explore! Super clean and only 1 year old home decorated with vintage finds. Open-concept, front and back deck with winter/spring mountain views! Our location is in the rolling hills with gorgeous mountains nearby, perfect for day trips to Biltmore Estate, attending nearby weddings or waterfall hikes and mountain biking in nearby forests. You can also lose yourself shopping in the amazingly creative city of Asheville! Enjoy the deck for afternoon coffee or your favorite drink and soak in the clean mountain air! Coffee and tea provided as well as starter supplies for kitchen and bath.

Michelle is a Realtor & Rental Property Owner/Manager with a background in Homebuilding and Interior Design. Being a Realtor has brought out Michelle's inner host! Greg works in the oil & gas industry as an Automation Specialist and has a background in Residential Home Inspections, Building Science, and Construction Project Management. He is an expert Lead Guitarist for The Bayou Church & Jaryd Lane. They have 2 grown daughters who are also musicians/singers/songwriters/artists. They currently live in Lafayette, Louisiana and have a love for the North Carolina mountains! Mountain biking is their favorite thing to do and exploring all the fun things to do in Asheville and the surrounding areas. The Biltmore is always on their list!
Why they chose this property
We chose this area for our vacation rental because it feels rural yet is only minutes from town. Once we got used to driving out a little (a whole 15 minutes!), we realized it was super close to Asheville and actually a nice few minutes to decompress when heading home after a long day of hiking, shopping and exploring. We feel very safe here, and the neighbors, even though we are not right on top of each other, are very friendly! We have a few deer and bears from time to time.
What makes this property unique
What we love about our property is that it's new, clean and has everything we want when we travel. The quick heat of the fireplace is great, we love the openness of the home, and it has a split floor plan. We like elbow room from the neighbors and that it feels far removed, yet close to Asheville. And the grocery store is very close, Ingles on Mt. Carmel.
