Security Cameras: Please be aware that we have security cameras located outside – at the front and back corner of the house – ensuring your safety.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times for a smooth transition.
Alarm System:
Below is a quick guide about the alarm system:
1.) Once you place your PIN code in the keypad it disarms the alarm and unlocks the doors.
2.) once inside the home, if you hit the “Home” button, it will turn the alarm on in “Home” mode. If any door is opened when in the Home mode, the PIN code is required within 60 seconds or the system will go off.
3.) if the alarm system is on in “Home” mode and someone is getting ready to leave, the system needs to be turned off first. Once it is off, hit the “Away” button if everyone is leaving the house and it will turn the alarm back on and automatically lock all the doors.
4.) if the alarm system is on in “Away” mode, it will go off if there is any movement in the house.
